Schemes

A scheme represents a strata title development. Create and edit schemes, then manage lots, committee, bylaws, and documents from the scheme.

Creating a scheme

From the dashboard or the Schemes list, use the create action. Enter the scheme name, address, and any registration or reference details. You can add or update these details later from the scheme overview.

Scheme overview

Opening a scheme shows its overview and navigation to:

• Lots — units and lot details
• Committee — committee members and roles
• Bylaws — scheme bylaws
• Documents — stored files and correspondence
• People — owners and contacts
• Issues — maintenance and follow-up
• Notes — scheme-level notes

Editing a scheme

Use the edit action on the scheme to change its name, address, or other details. Changes are saved to the active organisation.
