Documents

Store and organise documents at the scheme level. Upload files, add descriptions, and link documents to lots or issues where relevant.

Uploading documents

From the scheme, open Documents. Use the store/upload action to add a file. Give it a name or description so it is easy to find later. Supported file types depend on your deployment (e.g. PDF, images, Office documents).

Organising and finding documents

Documents are listed with their names and metadata. You can open and read supported documents in the app. Use search or filters to find specific files.

Deleting documents

When a document is no longer needed, use the delete action. Ensure you have backups or compliance copies if required before deleting.
