People

People are owners, residents, and contacts associated with a scheme or lot. Add people and link them to lots, committee roles, or correspondence.

Adding people

From the scheme, open People. Add a person with name, email, phone, and optional details. You can then link them to a lot (e.g. as owner or resident) or add them to the committee.

Linking to lots

When editing a lot, you can add or remove people from that lot. A person can be linked to multiple lots if they own or are associated with more than one unit.

Editing and removing people

Edit a person to update their contact details or name. Remove them from a lot or the committee as needed; removing from a lot does not delete the person record, so they can still appear elsewhere.
