Your first scheme
Create a scheme and add basic details. Then you can add lots, committee members, bylaws, and documents.
Create a scheme
From the dashboard or the Schemes section, use the action to create a new scheme. You will be asked for the scheme name and other basic details (e.g. address, registration number if applicable). Fill these in and save.
Scheme overview
Once the scheme is created, you land on the scheme overview. From here you can:
- Edit scheme details (name, address, etc.)
- Add and manage lots
- Manage the committee
- Maintain bylaws
- Upload and organise documents
- Track issues and maintenance
- Manage people (owners and contacts)
