Inbox

The inbox shows emails and items processed by the system. Connect your email provider, then view, search, and act on messages with help from the AI assistant.

Connecting email

In account or organisation settings, connect an email provider (e.g. Google). Once connected, incoming emails can be synced and shown in the inbox. The system may process emails to extract enquiries and suggest or perform actions (e.g. create issues, reply).

Viewing and searching

Open the Inbox from the sidebar to see recent items. Open an item to read the full thread and any AI-generated summary or suggested actions. Use search to find emails by sender, subject, or content.

AI assistant and workflows

The AI assistant can help triage emails, draft replies, and trigger workflows (e.g. create an issue from an email). Use the assistant panel to approve or edit suggested actions before they are applied.
