Lots

Lots are the individual units or titles in a strata scheme. Add lots, link owners and contacts, and manage lot-level details.

Adding lots

From a scheme, open the Lots section. You can add a single lot (number, name, and optional details) or add multiple lots in bulk. Lot numbers are used to identify units (e.g. 1, 2, 3 or 101, 102).

Lot details

Each lot can have a name or label, and you can link people (owners, residents, or contacts) to the lot. Levy and financial data can be managed per lot where supported.

Editing and removing lots

Use the edit action on a lot to change its number or details. If you need to remove a lot (e.g. merged or corrected), use the remove action; ensure any linked people or data are updated first.
