Bylaws

Bylaws are the rules that govern the scheme. Create, edit, and organise bylaws so they are easy to find and comply with.

Creating a bylaw

From the scheme, open Bylaws. Add a new bylaw with a title and content (e.g. text or markdown). You can optionally categorise or number bylaws for clarity.

Editing bylaws

Open a bylaw to edit its title or content. Keep a record of significant changes if required for compliance; the AI assistant can help with drafting and consistency.

Bulk bylaws

You can add multiple bylaws at once (e.g. from a template or list). Use the bulk create action when setting up a new scheme or importing a standard set of bylaws.
