Issues

Issues represent maintenance requests, defects, or follow-up items. Create issues, assign them to schemes or lots, and track status and notes.

Creating an issue

From the dashboard or from a scheme, create an issue. Add a title and description, and optionally link it to a scheme or lot. You can set priority or status depending on your workflow.

Viewing and updating issues

Open an issue to see its details, notes, and linked scheme or lot. Add notes as work progresses and update status when resolved. The dashboard and scheme views show relevant issues for quick access.

Notes

Each issue can have multiple notes (e.g. updates, contractor comments). Notes help keep a clear audit trail and are visible to users with access to the issue.
